Public NoticeThere will be a public hearing at the regular scheduled City of Horseshoe Bay Council Meeting on March 19, 2013 at 3:00 o’clock p.m., followed by discussion and action on same concerning a Preliminary plat of a Re-plat of 73,373 Square Feet of Tract “R” of Horseshoe Bay, Plat No. 37.5 to be known as “Jonathan Cove 3 Horseshoe Bay, Plat No. 37.19 Tract “R” 73, 373 Square Feet out of the John Darlin Survey No. 4 Abstract No. 170 Burnet County, Texas”. The owner of the tract is proposing to subdivide the tract into 4 Single Family Residential Lots. The public hearing will be at the City Council Chambers, #1 Community Drive, Horseshoe Bay, Texas. You may provide comments regarding this re-plat at the public hearing or any time prior to the hearing, in writing or by calling the City Development Services Department at (830) 598-8741.
