Llano County goes into the 2023-2024 fiscal year with the same tax rate as in the current year after county commission ers voted in a new budget and tax rate on Monday, Sept. 11.
The tax rate remains at 26.621 cents per $100 of taxable property value.
That does not, of course, mean that next year’s tax bills will remain the same, since proper ty values are set by the county appraisal district.
