Pfluger meets public in Llano, HSBay

Congressman August Pfluger (R-TX 11) has scheduled a "coffee with the congressman" today, Friday, June 30, at 9 a.m. at the Horseshoe Bay City Hall, 1 Community Dr.

The meeting is one of two Pfluger set for the area. He held a town hall meeting Thursday evening at the American Legion Hall, 200 Legion Dr. in Llano.

Pfluger's district extends from Austin as far west as Pecos and from Fredricksburg in the south to Lamesa and Snider.

Pfluger succeeded fellow Republican Mike Conaway in 2021.

"I am excited to host public events in Llano and Horseshoe Bay this week," Pfluger told The Highlander via email. "I look forward to providing a Congressional update on my efforts to get the border crisis under control, restore American energy independence, and root out corruption within the federal government. These events are a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and share ideas."
