Horseshoe Bay maintains water restrictions

Horseshoe Bay will continue with stage 2 water restrictions, city council members decided Tuesday after the city’s annual drought plan review. Utilities Manager Rick Williams told the council that the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA), which controls water in the Highland Lakes, reported water levels up slightly in lakes Buchanan and Travis.
