Llano city council members have in- definitely postponed voting on a proposed ordinance that would make it illegal to have an abortion in the city except ones done to save a life.
The so-called ‘sanctuary city’ ordinance, billed as one to preserve unborn lives, was brought to the Monday, Aug. 21 meeting by Alderman Wayne DeCesaris.
