Nearly 150 people sat in the school auditorium in Rocksprings Aug. 10 glaring at state officials on the stage and it's probably safe to say none of the people in the audience were happy.
Some of them had driven more than two hours – about 125 miles from Llano – to a Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) meeting called in a location some of the audience viewed as a slap in the face.
