The Marble Falls Middle School track complex, which is undergoing
renovation, will be off limits to the public until further notice. According
to Principal John Schumacher, construction work at the site is expected to
last until the beginning of February. Schumacher said those who walk the
track for exercise are welcome to walk around the whole track and field
complex on the pavement, just not inside the fenced area. “Please be
careful and mindful of construction vehicles,” he said. The renovation of
the complex is in phase two of an overall expansion. The athletic area
including the boys and girls gyms and locker rooms were completed in
November.
