Lawson is survived by daughters Vicki and husband Jackie Wright of Marble Falls, Jan Shelton of Burnet, and Staci and husband Fred Price of Little River, Texas; sisters Glenna Bowden of Lampasas, Jo Cox of Burnet, and Sue Duncan of Baytown, Texas; brother Kenneth Fillpot of Weatherford, Texas; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband Paul Lawson; daughter Debra; grandson Cody Shelton; and sisters Mae Brock and Marjorie Cox. Lawson loved arts and crafts, sewing, hunting and fishing.
Pallbearers will be Joey Cox, Fred price, Jeffrey Shelton, Lonnie Joe Wright, Tanner Wright, and Jackie Wright. Honorary pallbearers will be R.G. Stanford, Nelson Brock, J.D. Cox, Don Glover and Joe Calhoun.
Visitation was held Monday, Jan. 21 at the Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at the Clements-Wilcox Chapel in Burnet with officiating will be Bryant Perkins.
