David Alan Wolfington, 51, of Kingsland, died on March 2 after a long battle with cancer. He was born to Charles H. and Dianne (Griesser) Wolfington on Jan. 19, 1962 in Bryan, Texas.

David was a rancher and a member of the First Baptist Church in Kingsland.

He is survived by his mother, Dianne Wolfington of Kingsland; father and step-mother, Charles H. and Donna Wolfington of Kingsland; brother, Carl Wolfington of Marble Falls; niece, Carli Wolfington; and nephew, Gabe Cornelius.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 16 at the First Baptist Church in Kingsland at 11 a.m. An online guest register may be signed at www.PutnamCares.com.
