City Council Update: Housing rehabilitation, energy rates
Marble Falls City Council had a full plate going into their meeting Tuesday evening with items from contract renewals, to energy rates, to construction projects.
Council approved the award of a housing rehabilitation contract under the Amy Barrier Removal Program, which repairs the homes of needy families, and approved the final plat for the Villa dal Lago condos at 901 FM2147. Lifeguard revives boy at Burnet pool
A five-year-old Burnet boy was believed to be in good
condition after being revived by a Galloway-Hammond recreation center lifeguard
who pulled him from one of the facility’s swimming pools Monday after he had
